RSTW Partners ("RSTW"), founded in 1989, is a privately held firm investing subordinated debt and equity capital in middle market companies throughout the United States. RSTW invests in a wide variety of industries and geographic territories.
The funding for RSTW's investment activities is provided through limited partnerships in which the RSTW principals function as the general partner. The limited partners include major public and corporate pension funds and endowments located throughout the United States. RSTW currently manages $870 million in capital through three partnerships.
