SupplyOne Aquires Tech Pack, Inc.

Devon, Pennsylvania - April 26, 2001 - SupplyOne, the Devon, Pennsylvania-based specialty packaging manufacturer and distributor, announced today that it has acquired Tech Pack, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of custom corrugated packaging products based in Oklahoma City.  Tech Pack will combine forces with Corrugated Packaging & Design (CPD), an earlier SupplyOne acquisition also based in Oklahoma.  The newly combined company will operate under the name CPD Tech Pack.

William T. Leith, President and Chief Executive Officer of SupplyOne, said, “Tech Pack is an outstanding company in a growing marketplace.  The company is just in the early stages of developing the Tulsa and Kansas marketplaces and has already invested in the facility, equipment and sales expertise to exploit this opportunity.”
