SupplyONE acquires Viking-Criterion Corporation and Corrugated Packaging & Design, Inc.

Malvern PA, May 31, 2000 -- SupplyONE, the Malvern, Pennsylvania based consolidator of packaging and industrial supply companies, has continued its active acquisition program.

During March 2000 SupplyONE acquired Viking-Criterion Corporation (“Viking”).  Founded in 1930, Viking operates primarily in the New York City/Tri-State area as a premier supplier of packaging technology offering a complete line of packaging-related machinery and equipment.  In addition, Viking supplies a full line of shipping, packaging, and janitorial supplies.  Viking represents many of the premier suppliers of packaging supplies and equipment, including Sealed Air, 3M, Shanklin, Lantech, Reynolds, Huntsman and Signode.  Viking’s sales personnel and management team possess a great deal of expertise in packaging equipment installation and system integration. During May 2000 SupplyONE acquired Corrugated Packaging & Design, Inc. (“CPD”).  CPD is a leading value-added corrugated sheet plant operating in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Founded in 1979, CPD focuses on providing its customers in central Oklahoma with high-quality color graphic services and comprehensive design capabilities, low-volume production runs, fulfillment packaging services and rapid delivery/turnaround times.  CPD provides high-quality products to many food processors and middle-market manufacturers.  CPD offers its products and services in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and northern Texas.

Viking-Criterion Corporation and Corrugated Packaging & Design, Inc. respectively comprise SupplyONE’s fifth and sixth acquisitions, all of which have been assimilated into SupplyONE during the past year.  SupplyONE’s family of six operating companies is currently composed of nine locations located in thirteen states.  SupplyONE has other acquisition targets under letter of intent and management has developed a strategic plan to expand SupplyONE’s presence to many other key metropolitan markets throughout the U.S.
