Transportation of America Continues Expansion Through Acquisitions and
Contract Awards
WALL,
NJ - Student Transportation of America, Inc. (STA) Chairman & CEO,

dollars in new revenue for the current school year through a combination of
acquisitions and strategic multi-year contract awards in Western Pennsylvania
and New England.
Gallagher said the company has closed two acquisitions, one in Pennsylvania
where it acquired Pritchard School Bus, Inc. of Oil City and Bet-Cha
Transportation of New Haven, Vermont.
"These two companies add to our growing platform of rural and suburban

great drivers and staffs," added Gallagher.

these contracts from International Corporation and has trained and employed
local operating staffs.

provide their school transportation services for the foreseeable future, and
we look forward to working with local school officials to improve efficiency
and to make the transition a safe and successful one," Gallagher added.
