Don K. Rice, Managing Partner, has a background encompassing lending, operating management, investment banking, and security analysis. Prior to founding the RSTW companies, he was President and CEO of First Texas Merchant Banking Group, which provided over $170 million in subordinated debt financings. Mr. Rice has also served as Vice President with PruCapital, Inc. (Prudential Insurance Co.) and as Regional Director (Mergers & Acquisitions) for E.F. Hutton Corporate Finance. He has also been active in operating management as President/CEO of a transportation company and a chemical disposal company. Mr. Rice received a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Texas.

Jeffrey P. Sangalis,
CFA, Managing Partner, has extensive experience with all types of debt and equity investments both as a principal and an intermediary. Prior to
founding RSTW in 1989, Mr. Sangalis was a Vice President with the First Texas Merchant Banking Group and a Vice President with Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank). Mr. Sangalis was also employed with Bank of America (formerly NationsBank and InterFirst Bank Dallas) in various commercial lending capacities.
In addition to serving as a director or advisory director of numerous
portfolio companies, Mr. Sangalis is a current board member of both the Houston Venture Capital Association
(past two term president) and the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Sangalis received a B.S. from the Indiana University School of Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin--Madison. Mr. Sangalis is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jeffrey A. Toole, Managing Partner, has extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, analyzing and closing subordinated debt and equity investments. Prior to founding the RSTW companies, Mr. Toole was a Vice President with the First Texas Merchant Banking Group. He also has prior experience in acquisitions, finance, taxation, and managerial accounting derived from his previous positions with WKG Corporation, a private investment company, and Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young, LLP). He currently serves as a director or advisory director on numerous boards of RSTW portfolio companies. Mr. Toole is a certified public accountant and graduated with a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

James P. Wilson, Managing Partner, has a background that includes investing and placing private equity capital in a wide variety of industries, fund raising for and structuring of limited partnership investment vehicles, managing investments in operating companies, and auditing both public and private companies. Prior to founding the RSTW companies, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President with the First Texas Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Wilson was previously an Audit Manager with the international accounting firm of Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young, LLP), where he specialized in auditing manufacturing concerns and financial institutions. Mr. Wilson is the Chairman of the Board of Superior Air Parts,
Inc. and SupplyONE Holdings, Inc., and serves as a director on the boards of various RSTW portfolio companies. Mr. Wilson is a certified public accountant and graduated with a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Wilson is a member of the President's and Chancellor's advisory council of
Texas A&M University and is a member of the Lowry Mays College &
Graduate School of Business Development Council.
